How Do You Define “Success”?

If someone asked you to define “Success,” what would you tell him?  Is a man’s success based on how much money he makes? His net worth? His accomplishments? His achievements? His possessions? His popularity? His status? His happiness? Depending on who you ask, the answers to this question may vary.  Society, in general, has its measure of success, and as “men” we have ours.  From a male perspective, if we took our cue from the media, a “successful man” would be measured based on three (3) things: his performance on the ball field (or on any “playing field”), his conquest of females, and his financial status.

But in this video, I offer an alternative to the traditional definitions of “success.”  Instead of what we think or what society says, what if we considered God’s perspective?

  1. AMEN, brother! Success should never be defined by what material things we have or power or standing we have in the “world”. The only standard I think or Lord looks at is what we have done to serve others, our family, and HIM!
